These terms govern the use of this website and of the spaces it opens for clients and coaches. They are short on purpose.
What Never Skip Club is
Never Skip Club is a free app to work out consistently and challenge your friends: guided sessions, crews and progress tracking. Members can also book sessions with independent coaches of our network; those sessions are paid directly to the coach, and no payment is made on this website.
Your space
Creating your space is free and creates no obligation, for you or for the Club. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email address, or with Google; keep access to that address to yourself.
One email address means one account, which may open a client space, a coach space, or both. You can ask at any time for your space to be deleted.
A coach may add you as a client with your email address and send you the report of each session; the link in that report opens your space. A coach who adds you does not gain access to anything other than the sessions they record with you.
Coaching on the Club
Creating a coach space is free and does not guarantee admission: the public card of a coach is published only after the team has checked their identity, qualifications and references. Coaches of the Club are independent professionals; they are responsible for their own qualifications, registrations and insurance, and for the accuracy of the reports they send.
Honest use
You agree to give accurate information, to add as clients only people who train with you and agree to it, and not to create a space on behalf of someone else without their agreement. The team may close a space created to abuse the service.
Health
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training programme, in particular if you have a medical condition.
Content
The texts, the name and the visual identity of this website belong to Radif Partners. A short quotation with a link to the page is welcome; any other reproduction requires written agreement.
Liability and applicable law
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions.
These terms are governed by French law, the law of the publisher's country, without prejudice to the mandatory protections you benefit from in your country of residence.
