Delete your account

You can delete your Never Skip Club account at any time, from the app or the website, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent.
From the app or the website
Your account is erased immediately.
- Sign in with the e-mail address of your account.
- Tap your profile photo, or the Profile tab.
- At the bottom of the page, tap “Delete my account”, confirm, then tap “Delete my account for good”.
By e-mail
Write to contact@neverskipclub.com from the e-mail address of your account and ask for its deletion. We delete it within seven days and confirm by e-mail. You do not have to give a reason.
What is deleted
Nothing is kept, except what the law requires us to keep, if any. The privacy policy describes all the data we hold.
- Your account, your sign-in address and your sign-in codes.
- Your profile, your sessions, your goals, your progress and your bookings.
- Your place in your crews and your session photos.
- Your coach space and coach card, if you have one. Your clients keep their own space, without a coach.
- The identifiers of your phones used for notifications.
